To ensure your smooth entry, maintain border health and public order, please carefully read and comply with the following instructions:

1、 Document preparation: Core requirements, indispensable

a. Valid entry and exit documents: The individual must present a valid passport (with a remaining validity period of at least 6 months from the date of entry), visa, or other proof of entry permit to ensure that the documents are undamaged and the information is clear. Passports must reserve at least 2-4 blank visa pages (excluding remarks pages) to avoid being denied entry due to non compliant documents.

b. Preparation of auxiliary materials: According to the requirements of the destination, prepare round-trip flight tickets and full hotel reservations in advance (including the names of all guests). Some countries may require proof of funds (such as cash, deposit certificates, etc.). It is recommended to prepare an English version and keep both electronic (cloud backup) and paper copies separately to prevent loss.

c. Document backup: Take clear photos of the passport homepage, visa page, and entry related materials, and store them in the phone album and cloud (such as WeChat favorites, Baidu cloud) for emergency use in case of original loss.

2、 Health declaration: declare in accordance with the law and fill in truthfully

a. Declaration method: You can use the "China Customs Passenger Fingertip Service" WeChat mini program, APP, or web version（ https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn ）Electronic declaration can also be made, and paper health declaration cards can be obtained and filled out on board or through the travel inspection channel. After submitting the electronic declaration, please take a screenshot and keep the health declaration QR code. The QR code is valid for 24 hours.

b. Declaration requirements: Personal health information, travel information, etc. must be truthfully and accurately filled in, and concealment or false reporting is not allowed. If carrying pets, special medicines, etc., they must be declared together as required.

c. Special health requirements: Some countries/regions require specific travelers to provide proof of vaccination (such as yellow fever, dengue fever vaccines, etc.). Please check the health tips on the official website of the destination embassy in China 1-2 weeks in advance, complete the vaccination in a timely manner, and bring the proof.

3、 Carrying items: comply with the limit and strictly prohibit prohibited items

（1） Restrictions on carrying items and limits

a. Tobacco and alcohol: Non Hong Kong and Macau travelers are exempt from carrying 400 cigarettes, 100 cigars, 500 grams of tobacco, and 2 bottles of alcohol (alcohol content>12 °, total amount ≤ 1500 milliliters); Passengers traveling between Hong Kong and Macau are subject to stricter limits based on frequency, as indicated by on-site signage.

b. Currency: Carry RMB ≤ 20000; Those carrying foreign currency cash exceeding the equivalent of 5000 US dollars must declare in writing to the customs (excluding those who make multiple trips on the same day and short-term multiple trips).

c. Gold and its products: limited to self use and reasonable quantities, any excess must be declared or processed according to regulations.

4. Drugs: Personal use of small amounts of drugs should be limited to a reasonable quantity, and prescription drugs should generally not exceed 7 days of use. It is recommended to bring a diagnosis certificate and original prescription issued by a formal medical institution for customs inspection. Anesthetic drugs and psychotropic drugs must strictly comply with relevant regulations and are strictly prohibited from being carried in violation of regulations.

（2） Prohibited from carrying items

a. Animal, plant and product categories: including raw and cooked meat, aquatic animal products, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and seedlings, bird's nest without commercial aseptic treatment, animal derived feed, etc. (excluding those that have been approved and hold quarantine certificates).

b. Endangered species and products: including ivory, coral, endangered animal and plant specimens, etc., can only be carried with an import permit issued by the national endangered species import and export management agency.

c. Other prohibited items: simulated weapons, flammable and explosive materials, drugs, obscene materials, etc. Carrying such items will be held accountable in accordance with the law.

（3） Pet carrying

Each person is limited to carrying only one dog/cat. An official animal quarantine certificate and rabies vaccination certificate issued by the exporting country/region must be provided, and pets must be implanted with electronic chips. Those who pass the on-site quarantine inspection may be exempted from quarantine inspection in some cases; Those who fail to meet the requirements must undergo quarantine and isolation according to regulations. Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and search and rescue dogs can enjoy corresponding quarantine convenience if they have complete proof materials.

4、 Entry process: standardized handling, cooperation with inspection

a. Fill in the entry card: Foreigners entering the country need to collect and fill in the entry card on the transportation vehicle or at the arrival port, and provide detailed information such as their address/hotel name in China. After signing, they should submit it to the border inspection agency.

b. Border inspection: Submit passport, visa, entry card, health declaration QR code and other materials to the entry-exit border inspection agency for verification, cooperate to complete identity verification, and retain fingerprints (foreigners aged 14-70 generally need to retain fingerprints, except for those who meet the exemption conditions).

c. Customs inspection: Cooperate with customs staff to inspect luggage and items. Items that need to be declared should be declared to customs proactively and must not evade or refuse inspection.

5、 Other important matters

a. Stay period: Strictly abide by the stay period of the entry permit, and do not overstay. Overdue will face high fines and bad records, which will affect subsequent entry and exit.

b. Culture and regulations: Respect the laws and regulations, religious beliefs, and cultural taboos of the destination country/region, observe order in public places, and avoid trouble caused by violations.

c. Emergency preparedness: Keep the phone number of the Chinese embassy or consulate in the local area, the local emergency phone number (for reporting to the police or emergency), and the emergency contact information in advance. In case of sudden situations such as passport loss or refusal of entry, promptly contact the embassy or consulate for assistance and do not engage in illegal activities such as bribery.

d. Prohibited entry situations: Those who do not hold valid documents, refuse to accept border inspections, suffer from major infectious diseases such as infectious tuberculosis, or may pose a threat to national security and interests will be denied entry.
